I have over 25 years insurance broker experience. I started at Lansdown as an Account Executive and worked hard to the position I am in today. I love Lansdown, our culture, our ethos, our clients and our incredible teams.

I have worked within the insurance industry for over 25 years building a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding of client’s needs. From motor and household to commercial business.

Working within the Lansdown family has given me the opportunity to grow and develop my skills, while building long lasting relationships with local businesses, I strive to provide the best possible service levels to all.

My interests consist of raising my two children, enjoying the great outdoors with my dog and working hard at the gym and enjoying time with friends and family.

I have Worked in the insurance industry since 1989. I started out working within Personal Lines, I managed two offices and decided in 2003 to move into Commercial Insurance with Lansdown.

With a career in the insurance industry that began in 1997, I have extensive experience in both Personal Lines and Commercial insurance, with a particular interest in Property and High Net Worth clients. Over the years, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by these sectors, allowing me to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.

In my current role as the Business Development Team Leader, I bring my expertise and passion for the industry to foster strong relationships and drive business growth.

I am happily married with three sons and outside of work I find balance by going to the gym and am an avid supporter of our local Hospice, where I dedicate time to volunteering and supporting their invaluable work.

I have over twelve years’ insurance experience within the industry, the majority of these at Lansdown. I currently work in the commercial department looking after both new and existing clients. My passion is the sales aspect and I really enjoy talking to people.

I have been in insurance for 29 years dealing with personal lines and this year I took the leap across to commercial and now look after new business for Blocks of Flats Insurance at Lansdown.

I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog “Flo”, she is a crossbreed between a Rottweiler a Shar Pei and a bit of German Pointer! We have had her since she was 1 years old from Hereford and Worcester rescue centre and she is now 11. I also enjoy watching football and support Manchester United.

I have been working in the insurance industry for over 10 years and enjoy my role within Lansdown in the Commercial team.

Away from work, I enjoy music, football and the gym.

I really enjoy working with the team at Lansdown. Every day is different and I enjoy my varied role which involves working in the Commercial team dealing with landlord insurance. In my spare time I enjoy both playing and watching a lot of different sports, in particular football and tennis.

I have over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry with 12 of those focused on property. As part of the New Business team, I handle incoming quotation requests, working closely with clients to understand their needs and presenting these to insurers to secure the best possible outcome.

Being at Lansdown is a like a family, I’ve never felt that from a workplace before

Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan and particularly enjoy football, snooker and horse racing. I’m also a self-confessed foodie and love heading out for walks with my partner and our dog.

I have worked in the insurance industry for 8 years with most of those in commercial insurance.

I currently work in the commercial department dealing with renewals but can assist anything from new business, general queries and policy changes.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my lovely dachshund Maisie, being in the countryside and eating out.

With 5 years of experience in property owners insurance and handling new business policies for flats insurance, I now manage Ecom Renewals for property insurance policies.  Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, travelling to new destinations, and going out to dinner.

With 10 years’ experience within the insurance industry, in 2023 I joined the Lansdown Commercial Team specialising in Residential & Commercial property schemes.

I am passionate about giving exceptional service to our customers, ready to go the extra mile!

Away from work, I enjoy DJing for private events, spending time with my children and supporting my football team Manchester United.

I have worked in Insurance for 4 years specialising in home contents schemes as well as unoccupied properties residential and commercial. I’ve worked in sales management for the past 9 years ranging from Insurance to Events Services and Horticulture.

My hobbies are road running, playing guitar and settling in to a movie with my partner.

With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve built a strong foundation in personal lines and am now expanding my expertise within the commercial sector. I currently work in Lansdown’s Commercial Department, supporting our valued clients.

I love the Lansdown working environment, ethos, and the people I work with.

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends. I’m all about making new memories with my two children by cheering on my eldest in his football journey and encouraging my youngest’s passion for music.

I also enjoy exploring new travel destinations, taking spin classes, and following Team Mercedes in Formula 1.

With two years of experience in the insurance industry, I have developed my skills in fostering strong relationships with agents and clients alike. At Lansdown, my current focus involves assessing renewals and applying my knowledge of scheme policies to ensure clients receive the appropriate cover tailored to their needs. Additionally, I’ve taken on the task of managing new business quotes, addressing client’s insurance requirements with professionalism and efficiency.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active at the gym and indulging in my passion for music by playing the guitar. When it’s time to unwind, I love treating myself to a leisurely weekend filled with delicious Chinese cuisine and binge-watching my favourite TV shows.

I’ve worked in insurance for three years, all of which were spent at NFU before joining Lansdown. I now look after existing commercial business renewals and handle general enquiries.

One of the best things about working at Lansdown is the fantastic team I get to work with every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting out for walks with my two Labradors and spending quality time with friends.

I have over 20 Years insurance broking experience, was at Endsleigh Insurance Brokers for 12 years before joining Lansdown.

I enjoy working at Lansdown with my successful team and helping to achieve a good customer experience.

Outside of work I like spending time with my wife and 2 daughters and enjoy many sports including Cycling, golf and football.

9 and a half years with Lansdown. I have worked in the Insurance Industry and within personal lines insurance  for the last 38 years.

Outside of work I love travelling, music, entertaining with friends & family, cooking and reading.

I joined Lansdown Insurance in 2017 and worked as an insurance agent for 13 years, passing my CertCII qualification to achieve chartered membership status.

It is my goal to help clients understand where their risk exposures are finding an insurance solution which make sense for them to give peace of mind.

Outside of work, I volunteer as a school governor.

I joined the Insurance Industry in 1995 at Bowring Rose and in 2006 joined Stride Limited as an Office Manager.  I was responsible for overseeing the whole department including New Business, Claims and Underwriting.

My current role is to help/oversee the operations team to deliver excellent customer service to all our customer with processing renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments and any other administrative tasks.  Outside of work I am an avid Southampton FC fan and enjoy holidaying around the world with friends and family.

I have 25 years experience in the insurance industry first Joining Commercial union (AVIVA) in 1998 before becoming a Bonus account handler on site within Jardine Lloyd Thomson before joining Stride in 2011. Part of the renewals team mainly focused on handling direct clients offering the best customer service possible.

Before falling into insurance, I was a photographer for an advertising agency and match day photographer at Southampton FC, I have a keen interest in art, design, architecture and I enjoy cruising and love the Caribbean.

I commenced my employment with Stride Limited as an apprentice and have been in the industry for 5 years.

I am part of the processing team where I input client information on to the system and produce policy documentation for both brokers and direct clients within set timescales.  Outside of work I like going to the gym and socialising with friends.

I joined Lansdown as Claims Manager in 2005. Customer service driven to ensure claims are handled smoothly & efficiently. Myself & my team will guide, advise and support our clients through their claim journey. I class myself as a highly motivated conscientious professional who is committed to looking after those that need that extra support.

With over 8 years of experience in Insurance Claims, I have seamlessly transitioned from working with insurers to my current role as a broker. Outside my professional life, my world revolves around my family, including my nine month old daughter. In my downtime, I find solace in engaging documentaries and immersive series, and I’m an enthusiastic sports fan especially football and Formula 1.

As a Claims Executive, I handle the entire life cycle of claims for our clients, serving as the crucial link between them and insurers. What sets Lansdown apart for me is the sense of value and belonging, making me feel like an integral part of a close-knit family.

I have worked at Lansdown for more than 15 years and have over 20 years’ experience in the insurance market.

Outside of work I enjoy travelling and walking in the Cotswold’s countryside with my dog, Jess.

I have worked with Lansdown for over 7 years and have over 19 years’ experience within the commercial sector ranging from Property to Charities. My role here is to handle buildings insurance for mainly blocks of flats, both arranging new policies and handling questions and renewals for existing clients.

I have been with Lansdown for over 22 years and have witnessed many changes and have seen it grow from strength to strength over the years.

Outside of work I’m a frustrated sportsman with ankle issues, so now it’s all about spending time with the family. I am a film and TV enthusiast who throws in the odd run here and there.

I am the Team Leader of the Client Services department, I have been with Lansdown for over 13 years and have my Cert CII qualification. I’ve gained lots of experience throughout the years working at Lansdown and I like its family atmosphere. In my free time I like going to the gym and spending time outdoors.

I previously worked in a Chartered Surveyor Firm in Gloucester and in my role at Lansdown, I assist our Account Executives and sales teams with relevant renewal documents and deal with administrative tasks.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my Daughter who is 5. We love going on walks in the forest, going to the park and visiting as many animal farm parks as we can.

I am currently at Lansdown as a Commercial Support Assistant, bringing over 11 years of expertise from the motor industry to the team.

Beyond the office I enjoy spending quality time with my children, going to the theatre and going out for meals with friends and family.

I have been at Lansdown for 15 years. Outside of work I enjoy Exercise Classes, Walking, Reading and Travelling.

I am part of the Client Services team at Lansdown supporting the Account Executives. When I’m not in work mode, you’ll likely find me on the rugby field, playing for Cheltenham North RFC—I’ve been playing for over ten years now. I’m a big sports fan overall, from football to golf,  snooker, boxing, darts, and horse racing. I’m a member at Cheltenham racecourse and I make it a mission to catch every meeting they have (Shishkin is my absolute favorite racehorse).

Outside of the sports realm, I enjoy spending downtime with my girlfriend or spending time at the pub with my friends.

I have been in the insurance industry for over 19 years and currently sit in the Commercial department as a Commercial Support Assistant responding to clients queries, confirming renewals and premiums, requesting new policy documents and changes to client files.

I love the outdoors in all seasons, cycling, walking and gardening – especially growing my own fruit and veg & cooking for my family!

One of my greatest passions involves exploring the world alongside my husband, often embarking on adventures on cruise ships.

I have worked in the insurance industry for 8 and a half years, joining Lansdown in May 2023. My main role is to be admin support for new Scheme policies and assisting with policy renewals.

In my spare time I like to see friends and go out for dinner. You can quite often find me at a music festival or jetting off somewhere for a long weekend!

I have worked at Lansdown for over 20 years. I love my job and the people that work here. I have made lifelong friends.

In my spare time I love to catch up with family and friends and I enjoy watching movies and going to the Theatre.

I’ve spent my entire working life in hospitality management, but coming out of COVID, I knew it was time for a change. I wanted a role that offered a better work-life balance so I could spend more time with my son, Alfie — and not long after, my daughter, Callie.

That’s what led me to Lansdown and into the world of accounts. The team here has been fantastic, making my transition into the 9–5 life smooth, supportive, and enjoyable.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my kids, I play a bit of football (in goal) and am a founding member/Head of Youth Development for a local grassroots team, Montpellier Football Club, for whom I also coach the U17s.

Before joining Lansdown, I spent 14 years as Office Manager at Roberts Limbrick Architects in Gloucester. Prior to that, I worked with Stagecoach West for 19 years and also held roles within the NHS, the Cobalt Unit, and Dyer Architects.

These days, my main role at Lansdown is Receptionist and handling general office maintenance.

Outside of work, I love to travel with my husband, catch up with friends over a good meal, or relax at home with our very pampered cat.

The best bit about Lansdown is the lovely atmosphere in the office and the super friendly people.

With a versatile background in various financial industries, including workplace benefits, pensions, and law firms, my journey with Lansdown Insurance Brokers began in 2021 where I spent two years gaining valuable experience in the Commercial team. I have been a part of the marketing department since 2023.

Beyond the office, I have a passion for travel and enjoy caring for my beloved cats. In my free time, you’ll often find me roller skating, kickboxing, or going out for food.

I started at SEIB in 1991 and have seen the company grow to its strength it is today. I am proud that SEIB is part of the Benefact Group and shares its values.

I have been in the Insurance industry for over 35 years, 17 of those years in compliance and In May 2021 I joined SEIB and the Benefact group.
