Options to have your property valued online or in person
As part of our aim to offer you the most accurate and stress-free insurance experience, we’re pleased to say that we are associated with a third-party organisation that can provide you with property valuation services.
Desktop valuation
In partnership with RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com, we can offer a desktop valuation for your property if its value is under £3,500,000. This service costs £159* for Lansdown clients and £189 for non-clients.
*Acceptance criteria applies
Please note Grade 2 properties are acceptable for a desktop survey, however Grade 1 and Grade 2* listed buildings would require a site visit. Please contact the team to find out more.
Site visit
For properties valued over £5,000,000 and are not Grade 2 listed, please contact us directly and we can assist you with arranging an in-person visit to value your property.
